🧠 The Secret Mind-Vault

For grown-ups: what this story teaches

This story introduces the concept of "individual sovereignty" and the unconfiscatable nature of Bitcoin (from Chapter 9 of the sources). Throughout history, the physical heft of gold meant it had to be centralized in bank vaults, which ultimately made it vulnerable to confiscation by governments and rulers. Because Bitcoin exists on a decentralized digital network and is accessed via cryptographic private keys (which can literally be memorized as a "seed phrase"), it cannot be physically seized by force. This fundamentally alters the balance of power between the individual and coercive authorities, granting humans true sovereignty over their property for the first time in history, as their wealth is inextricably tied to their consent.
